- Prepare 1 tsp of Jeera.
- It's 1 tsp of Coriander seeds crushed.
- You need 1 tsp of ginger crushed.
- You need 4-5 of Tulsi leaves.
- Prepare 4-5 of Mint leaves.
- Prepare 1 tsp of fennel seeds.
- Prepare 1-2 of lemon grass leaves.
- You need 1 tsp of honey optional.
- You need 1 tbsp of lemon juice.
Homemade Fat Cutter Green Tea step by step
- In 2 cup of water soak Jeera i.e. Cumin seeds and coriander seeds for overnight. In morning sieve water and put on flame to boil.
- While boiling add crushed ginger, mint, tulsi, lemongrass, fennel seeds and boil it till water become half of its quantity..
- Once it become half switch off the flame and keep it to aside to reduce it to warm temperature..
- Once it become warm, add honey and lemon juice. Drink it instantly. Do not store it in fridge or elsewhere..
