  1. Prepare 1 tsp of Jeera.
  2. It's 1 tsp of Coriander seeds crushed.
  3. Prepare 1 tsp of ginger crushed.
  4. Prepare 4-5 of Tulsi leaves.
  5. You need 4-5 of Mint leaves.
  6. Prepare 1 tsp of fennel seeds.
  7. Prepare 1-2 of lemon grass leaves.
  8. It's 1 tsp of honey optional.
  9. Prepare 1 tbsp of lemon juice.

Homemade Fat Cutter Green Tea instructions

  1. In 2 cup of water soak Jeera i.e. Cumin seeds and coriander seeds for overnight. In morning sieve water and put on flame to boil.
  2. While boiling add crushed ginger, mint, tulsi, lemongrass, fennel seeds and boil it till water become half of its quantity..
  3. Once it become half switch off the flame and keep it to aside to reduce it to warm temperature..
  4. Once it become warm, add honey and lemon juice. Drink it instantly. Do not store it in fridge or elsewhere..
  5. Repeating this everyday will show results in a week..
